VitaOptimum Box renders
I've been working on some new packaging renders for VitaOptimum - this time creating visualisations for their product boxes. You can see them on Amazon here
It may sound like just a simple box, but intricate modelling was actually required in order to create a realistic image. This included chamfering the edges and corners to avoid a perfectly sharp edge, and also modelling a separate lid element that included the packaging tabs and seams (as well as a slight flex to add realistic imperfections)
It struck me that people often choose 3D renders over photographs to avoid imperfections - the same imperfections that 3D artists then spend most of their time trying to recreate!
